Kevin Lauterbach, CPP

Kevin Lauterbach is the Director of Product Management at UKG. Kevin was previously the Senior Manager of Product Management at Benefitfocus, responsible for a portfolio of Data Exchange products and frameworks representing integration capabilities with Medical Carriers, Specialty Suppliers, and HCM Ecosystem Partners. Kevin was also responsible for the product design and go-to-market strategy of next-generation, API-Based Platform Data Exchange Capabilities. At Paychex, they were the Director, Enterprise Implementation, responsible for a service team tasked with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and HRIS implementation/project management on the Paychex Flex platform, a SaaS HCM product suite targeted for mid-market and enterprise companies. Kevin has also held the position of Operations Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation.

Kevin Lauterbach, CPP earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Kevin'story and Law from UC Irvine. In addition, Kevin is certified as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association.
