Chanté Jardim

Chanté Jardim has a diverse work experience in the legal and administrative fields. Chanté is currently the Head of Group Legal and Compliance at UKheshe Technologies, where they review, drafts, and negotiates contracts, as well as creates company policies. Prior to this, Chanté worked as a Group Legal Officer at the same company, providing legal advice on commercial transactions and drafting various agreements.

Before joining UKheshe Technologies, Chanté founded Jardim Attorneys, a multi-disciplined law firm offering comprehensive solutions to individual and corporate clients.

Chanté'sprevious experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at RM Bollaert Attorneys, where they provided legal advice to clients, coordinated legal processes for commodity trading transactions, and handled general litigation. Chanté also worked as a Paralegal at RMB Wands Attorneys, specializing in family law, child law, commercial law, and contract law.

Chanté started their career as an Administrative Manager at FREEWAY TRADERS LTD, where they were responsible for human resource management. Overall, Chanté's work experience showcases their expertise in legal counseling, contract drafting, and managing administrative tasks.

Chanté Jardim has a diverse education history. Chanté obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria in 2016. In 2019, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

In terms of additional certifications, Chanté became an Attorney in 2019, recognized by the Legal Practice Council. Chanté obtained the title of Family Mediator, Certified from FAMSA in 2020. Furthermore, Chanté attained the qualification of Affiliate Member from the Compliance Institute Southern Africa in December 2021.

Chanté has also pursued various short courses. Chanté completed the Compliance Essentials Course at the University of Cape Town in 2021. In 2020, they undertook the Software Law Course at the same institution. Additionally, they pursued the Business Rescue Course in 2020, specialized in Law, and attended the Advanced Child Law Course offered by the Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D.). Chanté also completed the Divorce and Family Mediation & Advanced Psychology Course offered by FAMSA - The Family Life Centre in 2020.

Chanté'searlier education includes obtaining a Private Pilot Licence from Loutzavia Aviation in 2011. Chanté completed their high school education at Oos-Moot High School, graduating in 2011.
