Olesia Savka

Olesia Savka is currently a Research Assistant at Georgetown University in Qatar since June 2023. Olesia has been a Project Coordination Team Member at the East Europe Foundation since June 2019 and a Scholar with Ukraine Global Scholars since July 2018. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Analyst Intern at The Economic Club of New York from July to August 2022, and as a Political Research Assistant at the Jamestown Foundation from May to August 2021. Olesia also contributed as a Volunteer & Student Manager at ENGin from April to August 2020. Olesia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Economics at the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, expected to graduate in May 2024. Prior education includes a high school diploma from Ternopil School #3, focused on foreign languages, and a brief exchange program in Physical Sciences at Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy in October 2017.
