Daniel Rajah

Daniel Rajah is an accomplished leader in the financial services industry with extensive experience in branch and contact center management. Currently serving as the Retail Branch Network and Contact Centre Leader at Ukrainian Credit Union Limited since December 2020, Daniel drives initiatives focused on enhancing the retail member experience, achieving membership growth, and promoting community involvement. Prior to this role, Daniel held various managerial positions at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. and TD Canada Trust, where responsibilities included overseeing branch operations, leading sales planning functions, and ensuring operational excellence. Daniel began the career at RBC as Manager of Customer Service. Educationally, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Barnet & Southgate College.
