Warren Whitaker

Warren Whitaker has over 15 years of experience in the technology field. Warren worked as the Director of Technology at Ulster County, where they excelled in managing projects and driving them to completion. Warren also had experience in solving complex problems and working with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Warren worked as a Sr Project Manager, leading teams in the deployment of enterprise-wide projects. Warren also held the role of IT Support Specialist at Ulster County, where they provided technical assistance, introduced new systems, and resolved connectivity challenges. Before their time at Ulster County, Warren served in the US Army, rapidly advancing in rank due to their leadership performance and technical expertise.

Warren Whitaker attended Capella University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Warren earned several certifications in various fields. These include the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, the Agile Project Management certification from Google, the Scrum Master Certification from LearnQuest, and the IBM Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks certification from IBM. Warren also obtained multiple other certifications related to project management, IT support, system administration, and Six Sigma tools.
