Danny Canary

Danny Canary is an experienced talent development leader currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Ulta Beauty since 2019, where the role encompasses directing company-wide talent strategy in collaboration with the C-suite, focusing on various aspects of organizational development. Previously, Danny held the position of Senior Manager of Leadership Development at United Airlines, where the creation and execution of leadership development strategies were led, and also served as Director of Training and Leadership Development at Levy Restaurants, managing talent development for over 50,000 employees. With a background that includes leadership development roles at Southwest Airlines and experience as a Cast Member at Disney Parks & Resorts, Danny possesses a diverse range of skills in learning and organizational development. Danny is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, building on a foundational education that includes a B.S. in Public Relations & Marketing from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Math for Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
