Cassie Polman

Cassie Polman has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Cassie began their career in 2002 when they joined Ulteig as a Design Engineer. Cassie worked in this role until 2005 when they moved to Great River Energy and took on the position of Senior Substation Engineer. Cassie transitioned to the role of Portfolio Project Manager in 2010 and held this position until 2017. In 2017, they returned to Ulteig as a Technical Manager and served in this role until 2020. After that, they were promoted to Associate Director - Substation and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working at Ulteig as the Director - Automation, Integration & System Protection.

Cassie Polman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University in the years 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.
