Kasia Kaszubska has worked as a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise and Commercial at Ultimate since September 2022. In this role, they act as a dedicated value partner to a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals and maximize value from the Ultimate platform. Their responsibilities include planning and managing customer onboarding and implementation, accelerating product adoption through close collaboration with end users, and establishing success metrics and mutual success plans.
Prior to joining Ultimate, Kasia worked at Bain & Company. From April 2020 to August 2022, they served as a Customer Success Specialist, and from February 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Coordinator, specifically in the Next-Gen Software Solutions division.
Kasia Kaszubska completed a post-graduate course in Project Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in English Philology from the University of Lodz. Kasia has also obtained various certifications, including Strategic Thinking and Leading When You're Not in Charge from LinkedIn in August and June 2022, respectively. Kasia also received a certification in Developing Service Excellence Competencies from eCornell in May 2022 and became AgilePM® Foundation certified by APMG International in May 2021.
