Karen Watters

As a Private Fund Services Vice President at Ultimus LeverPoint, Karen Watters is responsible for providing reporting services and overseeing day-to-day operations for the real estate private equity clients.

Karen joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021, bringing with her 22 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Karen worked at FD Fund Administration where she provided fund administration services to numerous private equity clients with a focus on real estate funds. She began her career as an auditor at both Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

Karen received her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
