Asoga Tannimalay

Asoga Tannimalay has extensive experience in the technology industry. Asoga started their career at Solectron Technology in 2003 as a Sr. Manager, where they played a key role in creating Lean awareness and driving Lean transformation across multiple sites. Asoga worked closely with renowned consultants to improve productivity, reduce inventory, and achieve zero-defect quality. In 2007, they joined Flextronics as a Sr. Manager of Global Business Excellence, where they led Lean transformations in North China, optimizing operations, supply chain, and office processes. Asoga successfully completed the transformation into a Lean Gold Factory in several locations. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Global Business Excellence, a role in which they continued to drive profitability through waste elimination, optimization, and energy saving initiatives. In 2017, they joined Ultra Clean Technology as a Senior Director, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Asoga Tannimalay holds a B.App.Sc degree in Analytical Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia, which was obtained between 1990 and 1994. Prior to that, between 1985 and 1988, they attended Sultan Badlishah Secondary School. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Flex in January 2007, and as a Lean Black Belt from Flex in January 2005.
