Sylvia Cheng

Sylvia Cheng has a diverse work experience in human resources. Sylvia is currently the Human Resources Manager at Ultra Clean Technology, where they partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies. Prior to this role, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company, where they were responsible for HR management. Sylvia also worked at Huawei Technologies as an HR Business Partner, where they played a strategic role in HR aspects and talent acquisition. Sylvia has also worked as an Assistant HR Manager at RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd and Senior HR Executive at Performance Motors Ltd and RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd. In these roles, they handled various HR responsibilities, including staffing requirements, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and government grants. Sylvia Cheng completed their education at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Sylvia earned a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resources Management from 2002 to 2004.
