Vrushali Talekar

Vrushali Talekar has a background in manufacturing engineering and technical operations management. Vrushali is currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ultra Clean Technology since April 2022. Prior to this, Vrushali worked at M/s. I.F.TALEKAR from January 2016 to April 2022 as a Technical Operations Manager. In this role, they managed engineering teams, reviewed project documents, designed tools and fixtures, allocated resources, and established effective relationships with customers.

Before that, Vrushali worked at Cummins India as a Product Design Engineer from July 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they participated in Six Sigma projects, led design and development projects, performed design analyses, created 3D models, and conducted design reviews. Vrushali also worked as an Intern, Research Technology & Engineering at Cummins India in 2012.

Prior to their experience at Cummins India, Vrushali worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Mahindra Composites from December 2011 to March 2012.

Vrushali Talekar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2015, they also received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Cummins India.
