Ayla Tezcan

Ayla Tezcan has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990. Ayla has held various senior leadership positions in multinational companies such as Ultra Clean Technology, Tiffany & Co., Honeywell, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, Philips/Mikrohost, and Honeywell Process Solutions. In their most recent role as Vice President at Ultra Clean Technology, they are responsible for global quality assurance, environmental health & safety, business continuity risk program, and corporate social responsibility. Ayla has expertise in developing and deploying quality systems, processes, and techniques, as well as supplier development and manufacturing quality. Ayla has also led global teams and managed large-scale projects throughout their career.

Ayla Tezcan has a diverse educational background. Ayla obtained a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (P.Eng.) from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in the years 1985 to 1990. Ayla then pursued an Executive MBA in Global Corporate Leadership from the University of Fredericton, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Ayla also holds a Certificate in Executive Education and Strategic Leadership from the Sheldon B Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Furthermore, Ayla is currently pursuing a Certificate in Diamond Essentials from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). In addition to their formal education, they have acquired certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt, Net Promoter Loyalty Associate, and is a registered Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
