About the role:
As our first Technical Program Manager at Ulvetanna, you will not only drive the successful execution of our Zero Knowledge Proof Acceleration projects but be able to shape and build the TPM function from scratch. Because of our small size, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping the future of the company.
You will work closely with our co-founders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving field a hands-on approach to program management - not only identifying the problems but also actively working alongside the engineering teams to solve them.

About you:
You’re a hands-on TPM leader with a track record of making an impact in fast-paced environments. We know that you won’t have a deep understanding of our technology stack on Day 1. However, demonstrated experience working on highly technical teams in the past is a must. You are a problem solver who loves helping organizations tackle complex challenges in technical execution and strategy. We’re looking for candidates who are located between the USA East Coast and Central Europe time zones. Although we’re a globally distributed company, ensuring the leadership team works in cohesive time zones is essential to our goals. Additionally, the company plans to get together ~one week per quarter at our New York City office.
