Hilary Barnard

Hilary Barnard, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Aspen Square Management since July 2022. Prior to this role, Barnard held the position of Human Resources Director at O'Connell Care at Home from April 2021 to July 2022. Barnard's extensive experience at Target spanned over a decade, starting as a Store Director, where oversight included the management of a $42 million store and development of leaders, followed by the role of Executive Team Leader focusing on sales and payroll goals.
