Matthew Hanks

Matthew Hanks has a diverse range of work experience. Matthew is currently working at UMB Bank as the SVP, IT Director of Systems Support. Prior to this, they co-owned a business called Pro-Cool Air Conditioning and Heating, where they had driven sales and oversaw operations leading to a 30% growth in the first year. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cerner Corporation, starting as a System Engineer and moving up to various leadership roles such as Production Owner, CernerWorks Client Owner, Director of CernerWorks Client Operations, and ultimately as the Senior Director of Product Operational Engineering. In these roles, Matthew demonstrated their abilities to scale on-prem SaaS platforms, expand operations globally, manage teams and implementation of healthcare technology systems, and collaborate with product engineering teams.

Matthew Hanks holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
