Sonja Smith has held a number of roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. Sonja began their career as an HR Officer at Mobile Care Services in 2008. In 2009, they became an HR Administrator/Advisor at Greenwoods Communications Ltd. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Assistant to Directors at both Board Evaluation Limited and Active Executive Recruitment Limited. In 2011, they became the Owner of SLS Virtual Assistance. From 2013 to 2015, they held various roles at Citrix, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Generalist, and Recruiting Coordinator. From 2015 to 2018, they were Director of People & Culture, Sr. Manager People & Culture, and Manager of People and Culture at Invoca.
