Valeria Zara

Valeria Zara has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Valeria currently works as the Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead at Umicore since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Talent Management at STADA Group from August 2020 to October 2022, where they achieved key milestones such as defining talent development strategies, implementing talent review processes, and designing leadership development programs. Valeria also held positions at companies like Kering, Gucci, Levi Strauss & Co., Arrow Electronics, Core Consulting Group, Pirelli, Infinity Unconventional Education, and Pfizer, where they gained experience in roles ranging from Director of Talent Management to Senior Partner and Human Resources Manufacturing Specialist.

Valeria Zara completed their Master's degree in Psychology at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they also pursued their Master's degree in Psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 1981 to 1986.
