Phoebe Thums, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Phoebe most recently worked at Umpqua Bank as the Vice President and Community Programs Director starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were with Columbia Bank, where they served as the Vice President and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager from November 2017 to March 2023. Before joining Columbia Bank, Phoebe was the Owner of Gather Resale from January 2019 to January 2022. Phoebe also has experience at Pacific Continental Bank as the Vice President and Nonprofit Relationship Banking Officer from May 2011 to October 2017. Phoebe has held positions at Educational Opportunities for Children and Families as a Community Partnership and Resource Development Manager from April 2009 to April 2011, and at CIGNA Healthcare as a Senior Account Manager from July 2004 to March 2009. Phoebe has a Bachelor's Degree in Service Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College. Additionally, Phoebe is a Certified Trainer in Paloma Medina's Neurology of Equity and Inclusion for Systemic Change, which they obtained in 2020.
