Davy Lassagne

Davy Lassagne is the current CFO at UnaBiz. Prior to this, they were the CFO and Director of Head-Office Operations at DHM from May 2013 to September 2016. In this role, Davy was responsible for all financial aspects of the group and streamlined head-office operations, from HR to IT and legal.

Before DHM, Davy was the Head of Research at Asia Development Fund from January 2011 to May 2013. In this role, they and their team conceptualised, structured and implemented the setup of an Asia-focused private equity fund with the objective of raising $1bn in capital from institutional and government-linked limited partners. Davy was responsible for liaising with the Singapore EDB for operational fund support and with Singapore, Cayman and US legal counsels for the letters of offer, confidentiality agreements and investment memorandum. Davy also designed pitch books and ran fund raising road shows in Asia and the Middle East. During their time at Asia Development Fund, Davy reviewed over 50 investment proposals from potential portfolio companies in various geographies and sectors.

Davy Lassagne received their Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in International Finance. Davy also spent time as an exchange student at Yonsei University in the same field.

Their manager is Henri Bong, Co-CEO & Co-Founder. Davy Lassagne works with Una Chen - ERP System Manager, LiangYu Chen - NPI Manager, and Lucia Chen - Legal Manager. Si Hui Yeo - Finance Director, Polly Wei - Financial Manager, and Shuyun Lim - Assistant Finance Manager report to Davy Lassagne.
