Ben Bartlett

Ben Bartlett is an experienced professional with a strong background in community management and customer service. Currently serving as Community Relations Manager and formerly as Community Content Manager at Unbabel since April 2019, Ben has focused on enhancing the editor experience by producing engaging content and resources. Prior to Unbabel, Ben worked at Moteefe as a German Customer Service Advisor and Translations Manager, where responsibilities included managing German client relations and overseeing translation projects with a team of freelance translators. Ben's career also includes a role as Admissions Assistant at Durham University, providing support throughout the application process. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages (German and Portuguese) from the University of Bristol, earned in 2017.
