Brittney Lawrence-Stephens

Brittney Lawrence-Stephens, MS, currently serves as Lead, Talent Development at Under Armour since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brittney was employed at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center as Patient Experience Manager/Coach from September 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing patient feedback and providing consultation based on patient experience data. Brittney also worked as a Trainer at Johns Hopkins Hospital from July 2017 to September 2019, designing curricula and developing experiential learning sessions. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Maryland as Technical Assistance Support Coordinator, Elwyn as Case Manager, and Traiblazers and Associates Inc. as Leadership Workshop Coordinator. Brittney started a career in organizational development at Harambee Charter School and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and African American Studies from Temple University.
