Wasima Anwar

Wasima Anwar has a diverse work experience across different organizations and roles. Wasima worked as a Research Assistant at the Schulich School of Business, supporting Prof. Matt Bamber with their research. Wasima also served as an Alumni Relations Assistant at the same institution.

Wasima held various positions within the Undergraduate Business Society (UBS), including Vice President of Academics and Academics Committee: RISE Logistics Coordinator. Additionally, they were involved in Schulich Orientation Week as VP Spirit.

Prior to their involvement at Schulich, Wasima worked as an Accreditation and Curriculum Assistant at the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University.

Overall, Wasima has gained experience in research assistance, alumni relations, academics coordination, and event planning within the academic and business sectors.

Wasima Anwar completed their high school education at Scholastica from 2006 to 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Schulich School of Business - York University, expected to be completed in 2025.
