Rebecca Telford

Rebecca Telford serves as the Global Chief of Education at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, since September 2019, where leadership has resulted in a more than doubling of refugee enrollment in education programs. Telford's career also includes significant contributions at UNICEF, Vodafone, and War Child, focusing on innovative education solutions for marginalized children, particularly within conflict-affected regions. Telford holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Leicester and degrees in International Development Management and Comparative Religions and Islamic Studies.
