Wendy Rodriguez

Wendy Rodriguez currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Unhooked Recovery, focusing on substance abuse treatment detox, residential, and outpatient programming since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy held several leadership positions including Executive Director at Unhooked Recovery Power Road and Administrator at Villa Maria Nursing Home, where Wendy opened a substance abuse residential treatment facility in Tucson, AZ. Wendy's extensive experience in the field also includes positions such as Program Coordinator at Unhooked At The Heights, Operations Manager at Promises Scottsdale, and Residential Manager at Level 2 RTC. Additionally, Wendy served in quality assurance and behavioral health coaching roles at Creative Innervisions and NHYH, respectively, and owned a homecare service for children with behavioral health issues. Wendy’s career began as an Ophthalmic Technician at Southwest Eye Surgeon from February 2005 to April 2007.
