Pernilla Rosenquist has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources and communications. Pernilla is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unibuss AS since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Member of The Board at Protan Elmark from December 2019 to May 2022.
From 2013 to 2022, Rosenquist worked at Protan AS, where they held the roles of VP People & Communications / CHRO and HR Manager. In these positions, they had group-wide responsibility for HR, Communications, and HSEQ, reporting directly to the CEO. Pernilla managed a team of 8 employees and handled HR functions internationally. Rosenquist successfully developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, management support, recruitment processes, and onboarding. Pernilla also played a key role in implementing HRM systems and professionalizing employer branding, PR, and internal communication. Additionally, Rosenquist focused on competence development, values, and organizational culture.
Before joining Protan AS, Rosenquist worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Stamina Helse AS from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Health Safety Environment Consultant at Posten Norge AS from 2007 to 2008. Rosenquist also gained experience as a Job Coach and HSE Advisor at Enter Kompetanse AS and as an Instructor/Teacher at Rosenquist Lie Friskvernkonsult. Pernilla started their career as a Municipal Physiotherapist at Lier kommune and Sykehuset Buskerud, and later became the Head of Physical Department at Bakke Opptreningssenter AS.

Pernilla attended Western Norway University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
From 1997 to 2002, they attended the Moreno Institute and earned a Process leader certification in Coaching, team building, and action methodology.
In the year 2000 to 2002, Pernilla studied at Oslo and Akershus University College and received a Cand.mag degree in Health Promotion and preventive work.
Pernilla pursued a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Organizational development from the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2008 to 2012.
In 2016 to 2017, they furthered their studies in Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
In 2021, Pernilla attended IMD and completed the Leadership Acceleration Programme.
In addition, Pernilla holds a certification in the Hogan Personality Inventory obtained in November 2020 from A&D Resources.
