Alicia Mendoza

Alicia Mendoza, MBA has over 15 years of experience in human resources, starting as an HR Coordinator in 2006 at Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Alicia then progressed through various roles, including HR Generalist at HOLSUM BAKERY, Human Resources Senior Generalist at Marten Transport, and Human Resources Business Partner at Bechtel Corporation and Southwest Gas Corporation. In 2016, they became the Director of Human Resources at Kitchell, where they remained until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at Unical Aviation Inc.

Alicia Mendoza, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Alicia then went on to earn their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University in 2018.
