Juliane Drews

Juliane Drews is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a People and Change Management Adviser at UNAIDS since October 2018. With a strong focus on managing organizational transformation, leading strategic HR projects, and enhancing gender equality and diversity, Juliane has effectively co-led culture change initiatives. Prior to this role, Juliane held leadership positions such as Co-Chair of the Geneva Learning Network and Senior Human Resources Officer at the International Labour Organization. Juliane's background includes significant contributions to talent management, training activities, and strategic organizational development across various organizations, complemented by a Master of Arts in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
