Nisar Syed is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over two decades of experience, particularly in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs. Currently serving as Chief of the Global Cluster Coordination Section at UNICEF since July 2012, Nisar leads global clusters and operational support for humanitarian services.
