Michele Dick

Michele Dick has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as the Service Agreement Manager at GTSI since January 2007. In this role, Michele oversees the delivery and management of support service solutions, focusing on the collection, validation, and analysis of data related to hardware and software warranty and maintenance contracts. Prior to this position, Michele worked as an On-Site Representative for GTSI at Tech Data from 2002 to 2004, and held a sales role at Ingram Micro from 1999 to 2002. Michele holds an Associate degree in Criminal Justice and Paralegal studies from Erie Community College, earned between 1989 and 1991.
