Jennifer McCann

As Manager of Human Resources, Jennifer McCann is responsible for the HR functional areas of UNICON, including policy and procedure, benefits administration, and employee relations. Jennifer joined UNICON in 2015 as an HR Generalist and was promoted to HR Manager in 2020. She has experience in both public and private sector and has worked in a variety of industries including banking, retail, government, and healthcare. Jennifer holds a MA in Labor and Human Resources Management from the Ohio State University and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
