Mladen Kandic Cisa

Mladen Kandic, CISA, CIA, currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Auditor at UniCredit Bank Serbia since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mladen worked at Eurobank from May 2008 to November 2021 as an IS Auditor and was involved in the Eurobank group’s auditing efforts related to information security and digital banking. Mladen held the position of Branch Inspection Department Manager, where key achievements included the reinvention of audit methodology that enhanced productivity while maintaining quality. Mladen's career at ProCredit Bank a.d. Belgrade spanned from September 2002 to May 2008, during which Mladen progressed from Senior Loan Officer to Branch Manager, achieving notable success in maintaining credit portfolio quality and developing banking officers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Controlling Officer at NIS Petrol OD Jugopetrol, focusing on budget preparation and management reporting. Mladen holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Kragujevac, completed in 1999.
