Khalil al Kashif

Khalil Al Kashif has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Khalil began their career as a Trainee at Days Inn Hotel & Suites, gaining exposure to various departments. Khalil then worked as a Receptionist at Al Muthana Hotel and as a Guest Service Agent at Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers.

In 2009, Khalil joined Al ARRAB CONTRACTING COMPANY as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling recruitment for both local and overseas positions. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dar Al Riyadh Group, managing requisitions and conducting interviews.

Khalil then moved on to Experts For Business Solutions, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Expert. Here, they managed day-to-day HR operations and implemented improvements to HR processes.

In 2017, Khalil worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Ideas Bureau - Recruitment Advisory, where they handled end-to-end recruitment responsibilities and provided consultation to hiring managers.

Most recently, Khalil held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Unifonic Inc. Khalil built and led a global team, contributing significantly to the company's growth by hiring top performers. Khalil established the entire Talent Acquisition function from scratch, including team, tools, and systems. Khalil developed a comprehensive recruitment strategy, implemented best-in-class tools and processes, and provided training to hiring managers.

Throughout their career, Khalil has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and process improvement.

Khalil Al Kashif received their Bachelor's Degree in Hotels Management from Hashemite University from 2003 to 2008. Khalil has also obtained various certifications, including "Communication Skills for Modern Management," "Connecting Your Work to Your Purpose," "Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication," "How to Build a Culture of Appreciation as a Manager," "How to Master Your Executive Presence," "How to Think Strategically," "Leading with Vision," "Managing for Results," "Nano Tips for Peak Performance with Shadé Zahrai," "Strategic Thinking," "Strategic Thinking Tips to Solve Problems and Innovate."
