Pascale Vidalie

Pascale Vidalie has over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Pascale is the current Group Chief Financial Officer at Unigestion since September 2018. Before that, they served as CFO, COO, and CCO at Edesia Asset Management from July 2013 to June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Louis Dreyfus Company as CFO Europe and Black Sea, and Head of Controlling Europe and Black Sea from September 2010 to July 2013. From November 2008 to August 2010, they were the Executive Director, CFO Continental Europe and Middle East at Nomura. Pascale also held the position of CFO Continental Europe & Middle East, Executive Director at Lehman Brothers from October 2002 to November 2008. Pascale started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Manager specializing in Financial Services and Banking from August 1987 to July 1993. Pascale then worked as Group Financial Controller at Accenture from July 1993 to September 1994 and as Head of Controlling at Commerz Financial Products SA, Commerzbank Group from October 1994 to February 1998. Pascale later joined Commerzbank AG as a Manager in the Strategy and Controlling division, where they oversaw Investment Banking, Foreign Entities Network, and Asset Management globally from March 1998 to September 2002. Throughout their career, Pascale Vidalie has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, strategic planning, controlling, and project management.

Pascale Vidalie completed their education from 1984 to 1987 at HEC Paris, where they obtained a Diplome HEC in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as a Chartered Accountant, which was obtained in November 1992 from the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche. Pascale has another certification called Series 3, but the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided. The Series 3 certification was obtained from the National Future Association.
