Michelle Vesselholt

Michelle Vesselholt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michelle is currently the Head of Finance Transformation at Unilabs, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they also served as the Interim CFO - Finance Transformation, Tax, Treasury & Internal Audit at Unilabs from March to April 2023.

Before joining Unilabs, Michelle worked as an Independent and Associate Consultant for CFO Services at Basico and Deloitte from 2021 to February 2023. Michelle also held the role of CFO Denmark at GlobalConnect from 2020 to 2021.

Their earlier experience includes working at LEO Pharma A/S as a Vice President from 2013 to 2019 and at Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) as both Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2013. Prior to SAS, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tpack in 2004 and as the Group Finance Manager at Columbus A/S from 1998 to 2004.

Michelle started their career as an Auditor at KPMG Denmark in 1992, where they worked until 1998.

Michelle Vesselholt completed a program in the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a program in FBL at IMD in 2018. Michelle earned a MSc in Business Administration and Auditing (cand.merc.aud.) from Copenhagen Business School in 2002 and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting) (HD(R)) from the same institution in 1996. Michelle also obtained a Højere Handelseksamen (HHX) from Niels Brock in 1992.
