Fabricio Kaplan

Fabricio Kaplan has over 25 years of experience in human resources, primarily at Unilever, where a career began as a Management Trainee in Human Resources and progressed to various leadership roles, including HR Lead for Ice Cream UKI, Europe & ANZ, and HR Vice President for Global R&D and Unilever Middle Americas. Fabricio has also served as HR Director for both Unilever Foodsolutions Europe and the Southern Cone, as well as HR Regional Learning Manager for Latin America. Academic credentials include a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and an Executive Programme from Singularity University.
