Lucille Diaz has over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications. Lucille is currently the Head of Partnerships at Union Assurance, and has previously held positions at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Splendor Media, and Azmaara Spa Management Ltd.

Lucille has extensive experience in event planning and communications, and has successfully led the sales and marketing efforts for some of the biggest international events hosted by Cinnamon Life, including MAMMA MIA!, The Sound of Music, Nigella Lawson, George Calombaris, The Clairvoyants, and the International Music Festival. Lucille has also been responsible for merchandising activities for the MAMMA MIA! and The Sound of Music franchises, managing production, quality assurance, forecasting and P&L management.

Lucille's achievements include delivering targeted ticket sales for the biggest international entertainment events to be ever held in Sri Lanka.

Lucille Diaz has a CGMA in Management Accounting from CIMA, an MBA Sp. Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a PGDip - Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing-SLIM. Lucille also has certifications from MIT Sloan Management Review in Use Data to Transform How You Deliver CX and Harvard Business Publishing Education in The Leadership Development Program.

Lucille Diaz reports to Jude Gomes, CEO. They work with Mahesh Jayasuriya - VP, Procurement & Logistics, Vindya Cooray - CBO, and Harsha Senanayake - CIO.
