Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar currently serves as Vice President and Head of Emerging Affluent Products & Rewards Program at UnionBank of the Philippines, a position held since October 2022, following a role as Assistant Vice President and Head of Product Development & Rewards Program. Previous experience includes Senior Manager for Sales Operations in South East Asia & Far East Asia at Upfield from September 2021 to September 2022 and multiple positions at Citi from November 2016 to August 2021 as a Business Analyst. Earlier roles included Actuarial Manager at ICICI Lombard for a brief period in 2016, and summer trainee positions at ONGC and Krishak Bharati Co-operative Limited in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Nikhil Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in the same field, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
