Jeffery Ware

Jeffery Ware, MBA, serves as the Director of Change Management at Union College since January 2024, leading the implementation of the Workday ERP system with tailored change management strategies. Previously, from November 2022 to June 2023, Jeffery held the position of AI Digital Transformation Manager at Freight Science, focusing on client strategies for web app transitions. An extensive career in change management includes roles at Air Canada, where Jeffery advanced from Manager of AI Change Initiatives to AI Adoption/Change Management Manager, and experience at Virgin Atlantic and JetBlue Airways, enhancing brand visibility and managing significant sales territories. Jeffery's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and ongoing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
