Nicole Specht

Nicole Specht has over 10 years of experience in communications and community relations roles. Nicole is currently serving as the Chief Communications Officer at Union Community Care since December 2019. Prior to this, Nicole held various roles at Lancaster Health Center, including Chief Communications Officer from December 2019 to March 2021, Director of Communications from June 2014 to December 2019, Director of Community Relations from April 2011 to June 2014, and Development Associate from June 2009 to March 2011.

Nicole Specht obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication/Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Nicole completed this program from 2007 to 2009.
