Kaylyn Shibata is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader specializing in DeepTech and global health technology. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Stealth, Kaylyn also holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Union Labs Ventures. Previously, significant accomplishments include securing the first FAA Part 450 license for Astra and enabling the company to achieve launch approvals from Cape Canaveral Space Force Center. Kaylyn co-founded Gold House, a nonprofit collective supporting Asian representation and entrepreneurship, and served as Director of Strategy and Business Operations at Johnson & Johnson's global digital health team. Early career roles included various leadership positions at Google and research at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Kaylyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brown University and a Stanford Certified Project Manager designation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
