Tyrone Friend

Tyrone Friend has a diverse work experience, primarily in the nonprofit sector. Tyrone is currently employed at Union Station Homeless Services, where they have held the positions of Chief Systems & Integration Officer and Chief Program Officer since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Children's Bureau as a Program Manager from March 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they were a Youth Regional Coordinator at Sycamores from December 2015 to February 2020 and a Program Supervisor at Chimes from January 2012 to December 2015.

Tyrone Friend began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Clark Atlanta University in 2009. Tyrone then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling/Patient Counseling from Neumann University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Tyrone continued their education at Alliant International University-Los Angeles, where they studied for an unknown degree from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, in 2022, Tyrone completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program at Cornell University.
