Rubina Islam

Rubina Islam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Director of HR Operations and Business Partnering at UnionCoop since March 2024. Previously, Rubina held the position of HR Manager at Landmark Group from May 2022 to March 2024 and worked as Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) from April 2021 to May 2022. Rubina's extensive background includes over 16 years at Mashreq Bank, where roles ranged from Assistant Manager RBG HR to Senior Human Resources Officer, and also included administrative support as a Secretary. Initial experience in customer service was gained at Citi. Rubina holds a CIPD in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a BBA from Preston University.
