Victor Mesa

Victor Mesa, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member at OneRedmond since May 2023 and as General Manager at UniSea, Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Victor was the Marketing Company President at U-Haul International, Inc. from September 2015 to April 2021, where oversight included the operations of nine facilities and more than 60 affiliates, along with coaching multiple General Managers. Prior experience also includes a role as General Manager at U-Haul and as an Employee Relations Specialist at Al Ahli Holding Group from September 2013 to April 2015, providing guidance on employee-related activities and compliance with laws. Victor began a military career as a Logistics Specialist in the US Navy from April 2002 to February 2010. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Washington (2021-2023), a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2011-2013), and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Olympic College (2006-2008).
