Mike McGarvey

Mike McGarvey has worked in the information technology industry for 20 years. During this time, Mike has worked in a number of different areas including financial and information services, manufacturing and FMCG, and general IT engineering.

Prior to his appointment at Unison Networks Limited, Mike held senior IT management positions with Fonterra, Reuters UK and Reuters NZ. In his role at Fonterra, Mike was responsible for the architecture and development of the company’s main enterprise applications. At Reuters, he managed software development resources in Reuters’ global real-time data development unit, and was responsible for all New Zealand field and data technical service; he was also part of the Australasian technical management team.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College in London.
