Simon Phillips is the current Regional Principal, P&C, Head of Business Partnering at Unispace. Prior to joining Unispace, Simon was with KPMG for over 7 years, serving in various HR roles including Associate Director of Human Resources, Director Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Before KPMG, Simon was with Deutsche Bank for 7 years as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner. Simon has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and is a strategic business partner with a proven track record in driving business results.

Simon Phillips has a BA in Business & Tourism and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Canterbury Christ Church University.
