Kelsey Holden

Design Researcher at UniSuper

Kelsey Holden has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as a Design Researcher at UniSuper. Prior to that, they were a Senior Service Designer at Telstra/Thought Collaborative from July to November 2022. From July 2021 to July 2022, they worked as a Service Designer at Coles.

Between January 2019 and July 2021, Kelsey held the role of CX/Service Designer at Belong. Before that, they worked at Sidekicker as a Community Operations Coordinator from July 2018 to January 2019.

Kelsey gained experience as a UX Researcher at ANZ Bank from July to December 2017. In 2016, they completed a vacationer role at Deloitte Australia in their Cyber Risk Services team.

Additionally, they served as an Activities Officer at CISSA (Computing and Information Systems Students Association) from July to October 2016. In 2015, they worked as an Animal Attendant at Oz Wagtails Pty Ltd.

Kelsey Holden's education history includes a Master of Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Melbourne, which they pursued from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from The University of Queensland from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Kelsey has obtained certifications in "Programming for Everybody (Python)" from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2015 and "User Experience for the Web" from Open2Study, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
