Luke Collard

Luke Collard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luke'smost recent role is as a Manager Talent Acquisition at UniSuper since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Findex from October 2018 to December 2021, where they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, Luke had a senior talent acquisition role across both Findex and Crowe, focusing on internal mobility, external recruitment, operations, people leadership, and project management. Luke also played a key role in developing and delivering a contemporary talent acquisition model.

Luke also has experience working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority from March 2018 to August 2018. In this role, they led a Talent Acquisition transformation project to review and enhance the organization's talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Additionally, Luke served as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Online Education Services from March 2017 to March 2018.

Before their corporate roles, Luke established their own business, Watson Collard, in 2011. As the Owner and Director, they provided recruitment, advisory, consulting, and training services. Luke's expertise included talent acquisition strategies, branding and Employee Value Proposition, selection and recruitment processes, and market trends analysis.

Furthermore, Luke worked as a Principal Consultant at Search Consultancy from July 2009 to April 2011, Senior Recruitment Consultant at WWB Recruitment from October 2006 to December 2008, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hallis in 2005.

Early in their career, Luke worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager at SIRVA (Australia) from 2002 to 2004 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services from February 1999 to July 2002.

From 1993 to 1996, Luke Collard attended Newcastle University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology.
