Marcos Baranauskas

Manager, Process Analysis at UniSuper

Marcos Baranauskas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Marcos began their career in 2009 as an Authorized Representative for Life Insurance at InsuranceLine. In 2010, Marcos joined HOSTPLUS as a Senior Customer Service Specialist, where they worked until 2013. Marcos then moved to Mercer in 2013 and served as a PDS/Flyer Officer for a year. In 2014, Marcos joined UniSuper, initially working as a Member Services Consultant before transitioning to the role of Knowledge & Capability Coach. Most recently, they held the positions of Business Process Analyst and Manager, Process Analysis at UniSuper.

Marcos Baranauskas completed their Master of Leadership degree at Deakin University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, in 2010, they obtained a RG146 - Superannuation certification from the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees. In 2009, they obtained another RG146 certification, this time focused on Insurance, from the Kaplan Institute. In 2007 to 2008, Marcos completed a diploma in Frontline Management at the Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, Marcos has obtained several certifications, including Agile Fundamentals from ICAgile in July 2023, and Communication Masters-aligned, Driving strategic results Expert, Leading and developing people Expert, and Teamwork Masters-aligned certifications from Deakin University in November 2021.
