Melanie Lewis has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Melanie currently holds the position of Head of Enablement and Business Management at UniSuper, starting in July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Advice Business Manager at UniSuper from July 2018 to July 2022.

Before joining UniSuper, Melanie worked at State Trustees from 2009 to 2018. Their roles at State Trustees included General Manager, Executive Head Client Services from February 2014 to July 2018, where they were responsible for managing the financial assets of 25,000 clients worth $2 billion. Melanie also served as the Chairman of The Ageing, Disability and Mental Health Collaborative Panel from February 2015 to February 2016. In addition, they held the position of Senior Regional Services Manager from March 2011 to February 2014 and Senior Manager, Personal Financial Solutions from 2009 to 2011.

Prior to their time at State Trustees, Melanie worked at Westpac from 2001 to 2004 as an Auditor in Retail and Business Banking.
